Polina Antoniou is the Managing Director of Wizberry Consulting Ltd and is an experienced professional with more than 25 years of experience. She has worked in one of the Big Four firms for more than 20 years and has been a Director in the Advisory department leading the Internal Audit Service offering and the Strategy and Operations Service offerings.

Her experience spans across various services, in areas such as, Governance, Strategic realignment, Business Transformation, Organisational and Operating Model design, Finance Function effectiveness, Process Reengineering, Documentation of Procedures, Performance Management, Internal Audit and Internal Controls.

She has worked with organisations operating in various industries including government, shipping, construction, manufacturing, retail, education, hospitality insurance, financial services, in Cyprus, Europe, Asia and the UK.

She is currently the Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of the Cyprus Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). She is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC), a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber.

Polina is a holder of a B.Eng.(Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of London (Queen Mary College), an MSc in Construction Economics & Management from the University of London (University College London) and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) form Hendley Management School UK. She is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from the International Institute of Internal Auditors and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the State of New Hampshire in the USA.

Alexandra is a Director in the Advisory department and has more than 15 years of consulting experience. She has worked in one of the Big Four firms for 10 years in the Risk, Compliance & Regulation team of the Advisory department.

Alexandra has a wide experience in the provision of advisory services in relation to compliance with local and European regulatory and legislative frameworks as well as Internal Audit, Internal Controls, Risk and Governance. In addition, she has external audit experience. Alexandra has worked for clients operating in various industries including major banks, investment firms, insurance companies, funds, provident funds, government, retail, manufacturing, construction, and shipping.

Alexandra is a holder of a BSc in Mathematics with Statistics from the University of Southampton, an MSc in Insurance and Risk Management from the Cass Business School, and the AML Certificate from the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. Alexandra is also a member of the ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales), the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC), and the Cyprus Institute of Internal Auditors.

Maria is a Manager in the Advisory department. She spent 5 years at a Big Four firm, where she served as an Assistant Manager in the Assurance Services department. She has managed a diverse portfolio of Cypriot and international clients across industries including banking, electronic money institutions (EMIs), investment holdings, retail, real estate, and the dental sector.
Maria has participated in various projects relating to the provision of Internal Audit services, the assessment of the adequacy of the internal controls, Risk and Governance for clients operating in various industries including financial services, government, and construction.
Maria holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cyprus and is a member of the ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales), the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC), and the Cyprus Institute of Internal Auditors.
